in order to set presentation of your
company or organization. The customer can use the web address
both for access
to web presentation and e-mail contacts. The web address
represents important
element as image of one company.
Each company or organization which registers
its domain becomes its owner
and it can be used for its presentation or for selling of
its products via Internet.
Physical person can only register international domain.
Registered domains of companies in SCG have
the name www.firm.co.yu which
enables that any visitor can easy retain an address. Registered
domains of
associations, organizations, clubs, etc. have the form www.organization.org.yu.

Registration of YU domain
1. Only
registered companies can register
CO.YU domain according to
Statute
about Companies, no matter which activity they perform.
Following documentation needs to be delivered for registration of CO.YU domain:

2. Only
organizations and citizen associations, cultural institutions
(museums,
theatres) and other nonprofit legal persons can register
ORG.YU domain.

institutions (elementary schools, high schools, college, registered
in Board of Education Republic of Serbia or Republic of Montenegro),
private
schools and companies whose primary activity is education
or any kind of teaching
can register EDU.YU domain.
